Objective

(1)      Carrying out measures for protection of  radiation workers, people and the environment from harmful effects of nuclear and ionization radiation;

(2)      Issuing Licenses after verifying compliance with the safety requirements of Radioactive Materials and Radiation Apparatus for safe use of radiation hazards carried out by the Inspectors of the Department;

(3)      Dissemination of radiation knowledge to the public;

(4)      Coordination with relevant institutions in radiation emergency programs;

Current Activities

1. Radiation safety Division issue the licenses for the import and export of Radioactive Materials and Radiation Apparatus in accordance with IAEA guidelines. In order to ensure the safety of the workers and the public, licenses shall be issued after verifying compliance with the basic requirements of the IAEA safety Standards and guidelines carried out by the Inspectors of the Department.
   Import, re-export, Prior Permission and registration of imported Radioactive Materials and Radiation Apparatus are being done by online. A hybrid system is being used for applying a license because of necessary to inspect whether the radiation safety measure is carried out or not.
   The online process of applying for a license are as follows:
   1. (a) To get application Forms, visit to this website (daemyanmar.com) and downloaded the Application Forms;
   2. (b) Those who want to apply for a license should contact the Division of Radiation Protection first and then pay the license fee to the bank.
   3. (c) Manual payment to the Department Account through Myanma Economic Bank and Bank Slip (drawing remittance) must be submitted online for proof of payment to the Department.
   4. (d)License application together with the required documents must be submitted to the Department and after scrutinizing the documents, issue the license in accordance with the procedures.
   5. (e) Sending the license to the applicant through department’s email.
2. Students from undergraduate / postgraduate courses are delivered practical lessons on radiation protection related subject.
3. Radiation Safety Division provides annual training to trainees from the fourth year (imaging technology) of the Military Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences(MINP) and the first year students of the Master of Science (Imaging Technology) to improve radiation safety and awareness of safe handling of Radiation Apparatus and to protect radiation hazards. Knowledge sharing were made occasionally aspect of radiation protection to the member from Customs Department and the Myanmar Police force (Criminal Investigation Department).
4. The activities of the department are launched in newspapers to inform the public and public awareness are being made on the DAE website (https://www.daemyanmar.com/) and on social media.

ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များ

(၁) ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်လုပ်သားများ၊ လူနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်အပေါ် နျူကလီးယားနှင့် အိုင်းယွန်းဖြစ် ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်ဘေးအန္တရာယ်မှ ကင်းဝေးစေရေးအစီအမံများ ချမှတ် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊
(၂) ရေဒီယိုသတ္တိကြွဒြပ်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ရောင်ခြည်ထုတ်ကိရိယာများကို ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည် ဘေးအန္တရာယ်မှ လုံခြုံစိတ်ချစွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် စစ်ဆေးပြီး သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီပါက အသုံးပြုခွင့် လိုင်စင်များထုတ်ပေးခြင်း၊
(၃) ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်ဆိုင်ရာ အသိပညာများကို ပြည်သူလူထုအား ဖြန့်ဝေပေးခြင်း၊
(၄) ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်ဆိုင်ရာ အရေးပေါ်ကာကွယ်ရေးအစီအစဉ်များတွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့ အစည်းများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊

လက်ရှိဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များ

1. ၁။ ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးဌာနသည် ပြည်ပမှတင်သွင်းသော သို့မဟုတ် ပြည်ပသို့ပြန်ပို့သော ရေဒီယိုသတ္တိကြွဒြပ်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ရောင်ခြည်ထုတ်ကိရိယာများ အတွက် IAEA ၏ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများအတိုင်း လိုင်စင်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်းများကို ဆောင်ရွက် လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်လုပ်သားများနှင့် ပြည်သူများအား ရောင်ခြည်အန္တရာယ် လုံခြုံစိတ်ချနိုင်ရန် အတွက် မိမိတို့ဌာနမှတာဝန်ရှိသော စစ်ဆေးရေးမှူးများက ရေဒီယိုသတ္တိကြွဒြပ်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ရောင်ခြည်ထုတ်ကိရိယာများ အသုံးပြုသော လုပ်ငန်းခွင်များသို့ သွားရောက်စစ်ဆေးပြီး IAEA မှချမှတ်ထားသော သတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့် ကိုက်ညီပါက အသုံးပြုခွင့်လိုင်စင်ချပေး လျက်ရှိပါသည်။
   တင်သွင်းခြင်း၊ ပြန်လည်တင်ပို့ခြင်း၊ ကြိုတင်ခွင့်ပြုချက်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် ပြည်တွင်းသို့ ရောက်ရှိလာသော ရေဒီယိုသတ္တိကြွဒြပ်ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ရောင်ခြည်ထုတ်ကိရိယာများကို မှတ်ပုံတင်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း တို့ကို Fully Online စနစ်ဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက် ပေးနေလျက်ရှိပြီး၊ အသုံးပြုခွင့်လိုင်စင်ချထားပေးရန် လိုင်စင်လျှောက်ထားရာတွင် ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည် အန္တရာယ် ကင်းရှင်းအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ထားမှု ရှိ/မရှိ စစ်ဆေးရန် လိုအပ်သောကြောင့် Hybrid စနစ်ဖြင့် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေး နေပါသည်။
   လိုင်စင်လျောက်ထားခြင်းတို့အား Online မှဆောင်ရွက်ပုံအဆင့်ဆင့်မှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
   1. (က) လျှောက်လွှာများအား www.daemyanmar.com တွင် download ဆွဲ၍ ရယူစေခြင်း၊
   2. (ခ) လိုင်စင်လျောက်ထားလိုသူများမှ ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်ကာကွယ်ရေးဌာန သို့ဆက်သွယ် ပြီးမှသာ ဘဏ်သို့ လိုင်စင်ကြေးကို ပေးသွင်းဆောင်ရွက်‌စေခြင်း၊
   3. (ဂ)မြန်မာ့စီးပွားရေးဘဏ်ရှိ ဌာန Account သို့ ငွေလွှဲစနစ်ဖြင့် Manual ငွေပေးချေပြီး ငွေပေးချေမှု အထောက်အထားအား Online မှ တင်ပြ လျှောက်ထားစေခြင်း၊
   4. (ဃ) လိုအပ်သောစာ ရွက်စာတမ်များကိုတစ်ပါတည်းပူးတွဲ၍ လျှောက်ထားစေပြီး လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများနှင့်အညီ စိစစ်ပြီး လိုင်စင်ချထားပေးခြင်း၊
   5. (င) ချထားပေးသောလိုင်စင်အား လျောက်ထားသူထံသို့ Online မှ ပြန်လည်ပေးပို့ခြင်း တို့ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
2. ၂။ ဘွဲ့ကြို/ဘွဲ့လွန် သင်တန်းများမှ ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများအား ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည် ကာကွယ်ရေး ဆိုင်ရာသင်ခန်းစာများကို စာတွေ့လက်တွေ့ သင်ကြား ပို့ချ ပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
3. ၃။ ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေးဌာနသည် ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်ကာကွယ်ရေးနှင့် ရောင်ခြည်ထုတ်ကိရိယာများကိုင်တွယ်အသုံးပြမှုအတွက် လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရမှုရှိစေရန်နှင့် အသိပညာတိုးပွါးနိုင်ရန် တပ်မတော်သူနာပြုနှင့် ဆေးဘက်ပညာသင်တက္ကသိုလ်၏စတုတ္ထနှစ် (ပုံရိပ်ဖော်နည်းပညာ)မှ သင်တန်းသားများနှင့် မဟာသိပ္ပံပထမနှစ်(ပုံရိပ်ဖော်နည်းပညာ)မှ သင်တန်းသားများအား နှစ်စဉ် သင်ကြားပို့ချပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။ ထို့အတူ အကောက်အခွန် ဦးစီးဌာနနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့မှ အထူးစုံထောက်သင်တန်းသားများအားလည်း ဓာတ်ရောင်ခြည်ကာကွယ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အသိပညာဗဟုသုတ များအားအခါအားလျော်စွာ ပို့ချပေးလျက်ရှိ ပါသည်။
4. ၄။ ဌာန၏ ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များအား အများပြည်သူ သိရှိစေရန် အတွက် သတင်းစာများတွင် ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း၊ DAE website (https://www.daemyanmar.com/) နှင့် လူမှုကွန်ရက် စာမျက်နှာများတွင် ဖော်ပြ၍ အသိပညာပေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။
