နျူကလီးယားစမ်းသပ်ဖောက်ခွဲမှုအလုံးစုံ တားဆီးပိတ်ပင်ရေးစာချုပ်အဖွဲ့ဆိုင်ရာ ကြိုတင် ပြင်ဆင်ရေးကော်မရှင်နှင့် အာဆီယံ-ဗီယင်နာကော်မတီတို့အကြား တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်တက်ရောက်

ဩစတြီးယားနိုင်ငံ၊ ဗီယင်နာမြို့အခြေစိုက် နျူကလီးယားစမ်းသပ်ဖောက်ခွဲမှုအလုံးစုံ တားဆီးပိတ်ပင်ရေးစာချုပ်အဖွဲ့ (CTBTO) ဆိုင်ရာ ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ရေးကော်မရှင်နှင့် အာဆီယံ-ဗီယင်နာကော်မတီ (AVC) တို့အကြား တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို ၁၂-၃-၂၀၂၅ ရက်တွင် ဗီယင်နာအပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာစင်တာ (VIC) ရှိ CTBTO အစည်းအဝေးခန်းမ၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ ဗီယင်နာမြို့အခြေစိုက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂနှင့် အခြားနိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာ အမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးမင်းသိမ်းသည် အခြားအာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ရုံးများမှ အမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့်အတူ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အဆိုပါတွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲတွင် ကော်မရှင်၏အမှုဆောင်အတွင်းရေးမှူး Dr. Robert Floyd နှင့် AVC ၏ အမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်များသည် နိုင်ငံတကာ နျူကလီးယားစမ်းသပ်ဖောက်ခွဲမှုများကို စောင့်ကြည့်သည့်စနစ်များ ရေရှည်ထိန်းသိမ်းလည်ပတ်နိုင်ရေးနှင့် အမျိုး သားဒေတာစင်တာများ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြှင့်တင်ရေးတို့ကို အလေးထားလျက် CTBTO နှင့် အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံများအကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ပိုမိုတိုးမြှင့်ဆောင်ရွက်ရေးနှင့် အမှု ဆောင်အတွင်းရေးမှူး၏ အာဆီယံဒေသတွင်းခရီးစဉ်များ စီစဉ်ထားမှုတို့နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
ထို့နောက် AVC ၏ အမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်များနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့အရာရှိများသည် VIC ရှိ CTBTO ၏ International Data Centre နှင့် အခြား facilities များသို့ သွားရောက် လေ့လာကြည့်ရှုခဲ့ကြပါသည်။
Myanmar Permanent Representative attends bilateral meeting between Preparatory Commission for Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization and ASEAN-Vienna Committee

A bilateral meeting between the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) and the ASEAN-Vienna Committee (AVC) was held on 12 March 2025 at the CTBTO meeting room in the Vienna International Centre (VIC). Ambassador U Min Thein, Permanent Representative of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the United Nations and Other International Organizations in Vienna attended the meeting along with other ASEAN Permanent Representatives.
During the meeting, Executive Secretary Dr. Robert Floyd of the Commission and the Permanent Representatives of the AVC exchanged views on promoting cooperation between the CTBTO and ASEAN Member States and the Executive Secretary’s planned visits to ASEAN region, underlining the importance of sustainability of International Monitoring Systems and capacity enhancement of the National Data Centres.
Afterwards, the Permanent Representatives and working group officials paid an observatory tour to the CTBTO’s International Data Centre and other facilities in VIC.
